Founder
WorkSprint was founded by Ayman Jawhar - a product leader with over 10+ years’ experience in the top product companies (Paypal, Seedcamp, Braintree, Index and Accel VC backed start-ups and INSEAD MBA.)
His experience leading innovation labs, scaling product teams and organisations and advising start-ups led him to design and deliver the first product management course for INSEAD MBA university, where he lecturers part-time.
Now his mission is to grow future generations of workers. Starting with WorkSprint, the first in a range of experiences designed to find and nurture the best international talent in product.
